This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines and procedures for refunding purchases to ensure customer satisfaction.
No Refunds. As we are a training partner and the Fee paid by the students are for training purposes only. The Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances However, the fee may be refunded only if our company fails to start a course (Not applicable for unavoidable instances). A Delay in starting the class by a fortnight shall not be considered as not starting.
Career One Overseas reserves the right to reschedule/cancel the batch because of insufficient enrollments, instructor unavailability, or force majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, etc). In case Career One Overseas cancels a batch, a 100% refund will be paid to the students.
Refunds of the duplicate payment made by the students will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) in 7 to 10 working days post intimation by the student and approval of Career One Overseas

Cancellation
A full refund is provided if cancellation is made by email or phone prior to accessing the e-learning course. Cancellations must be requested by emailing info@careeroneoverseas.com.
Cancellation After Receiving Course Sign-on Information
Cancellation requests need to be made within 48 hours of the issuance of course sign-on information for a full refund. No refund will be provided after this time period. Cancellations must be made by emailing info@careeroneoverseas.com.
